Return and Exchange Policy

We appreciate your support and want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist you with exchanges.

Exchange Policy:

  • You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product(s) to request an exchange.
  • Only exchanges are allowed; no refunds will be provided.
  • Customers must return the product to us for an exchange.
  • If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with a new one at our cost.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  1. Contact us via email at contact@riha-jewels.com with your order number and exchange request.
  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging and include the original invoice.
  3. Ship the product back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please use a reliable courier service, as we are not liable for lost returns. We recommend insuring your package and keeping the tracking details.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange within 3-7 business days and notify you once completed.

  • All returned products must be unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
